III Meeting of Directors of Photography Festivals in Spain will take place on October 19, 20 and 21, 2023 in the city of Soria thanks to the support of its Ayuntamiento, reinforcing the leadership role that this entity and the city it represents , want to acquire in the field of cultural promotion and dissemination through photography.

The city of Soria, through the initiative of its Ayuntamiento, has taken on the challenge, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Spain, to host and promote the creation of the National Center of Photography within it, giving them emblematic spaces. of the city and promoting the achievement of this goal through different actions.

This makes the city of Soria a strategic actor in the sector of creation, research, conservation, dissemination and heritage through photography and still images and a pole of attraction for all those initiatives, projects, institutions, groups , entities and actors that are part of the cultural sector of photography and have been working for it.
